Goodbye Black Cat
One of my absolute favorite West Philly shops is closing, the Black Cat gift shop. So sad! After a tasty dinner at the White Dog Cafe stepping into the Black Cat has always been one of my favorite things. I've found so many exciting quirky gifts there, it will be missed.
And, we're back!
This blog was originally begun while taking a course and therefore maintained for a credit - ugh! Now I've decided to make it my own and for my own purposes and interests :) Hooray! This means, expect recipes, photos, and more in the future. Exciting!
My sis and her good friend Janelle came for a visit over the weekend. We enjoyed a whirlwind tour of the city including the PMA, Chinatown, Fabric Row, and many midtown shopping areas including Buffalo Exchange, Urban, Benjamin Lovell. We wrapped up the day with delicious gelato at Capogiro on 20th St. http://www.capogirogelato.com/ YUM!
